What a client pays Merit.
Our fees are not the cheapest, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Everyone we send you is someone we have already spoken to and reference checked, the guarantee runs longer than most, and the bar is the same whether it is a first hire or a chief officer. You are not paying for a resume search. You are paying for the work that happens before we ever send you a name.
Merit Trades
Flat fees by trade level
Trades placements are priced per head, not as a share of a wage. You know the fee before the search starts. The fee covers the work done before a candidate reaches you: ticket verification, supervisor references, qualification and matching to the level you asked for.
Apprentice & entry-level labour

Swap guarantee, a replacement on site inside five business days
Trades hiring is judged on speed. If a placement is not right, you do not wait out a replacement search, you tell us and we swap the person within 5 business days, from a bench that is already ticket-verified.
- Standard and volume placements: full amount due on the start date. No retainer.
- Subscriptions: billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Credential and ticket verification is included in every placement fee, never billed separately.
